1. Booking Policy for Events
To confirm your event with Evento Planner, a booking form must be filled out and a deposit paid. This helps us reserve your date and begin planning.
2. Payments
We may ask for a partial or full payment before the event, depending on the type of service. Payment details will be shared during booking.
3. Cancellations
If you cancel:
7 days or more before the event, part of your payment may be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be given (due to preparation costs).
4. Changes to Events
You can request changes to your event plan. We’ll do our best to adjust, but some changes may not be possible close to the event date.
5. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by bad weather, third-party vendors, or situations beyond our control.
6. Use of Our Website
By using our website, you agree not to copy, misuse, or damage any content, images, or services provided.
